The Manor Fairfield East is committed to assist our consumers to enjoy a healthy, happy, safe and fulfilling experience at our facilities. We are able to achieve this by selecting highly trained experienced professionals with the appropriate qualifications to care for our residents.

Our Registered Nurses are passionate about aged care and are registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.  Care staff employed at our facility all hold a minimum of a Certificate III in Aged Care.

The Manor Aged Care has a commitment to the continuous education and training for our staff to promote a culture of quality service and care.

Our staff have access to EAP Assist which supports employees with confidential telephone counselling throughout Australia & overseas. We recognize that one of the most important aspects of effective assistance is for it to be provided as quickly as possible via our company’s Helpline number.

The aim of counselling is to help resolve both workplace & personal issues before they impact adversely on work performance & on personal well-being.  More information on EAP Assist can be found here.
