Our resident Chef – Raj

Fresh meals prepared daily in our on-site commercial kitchen. In consultation with a nutritionist, our professional catering team cooks well-balanced, healthy and appetising meals. Special dietary needs are easily accommodated depending on your requirements for example allergies or cultural needs. An example of special diets catered for include vegetarian, diabetic, vitamised gluten free, low salt, high protein etc.

As your needs change, if on recommendation the speech pathologist has recommended an alteration in your food consistency, our catering staff can easily adapt to suit your needs.

An example of a typical menu includes:

Breakfast Daily: Porridge, Prunes, Assorted Cereals, Hot or Cold Milk, Coffee, Tea, White or Wholemeal Bread, Margarine or Butter, Spreads, Tinned Fruit, Orange Juice or Apple Juice
Morning Tea Orange & Poppy Seed Muffins with a selection of tea, coffee or cordial
Lunch Beef Stroganoff, Pasta, Baby Carrots, Zucchini
Dessert – lunchtime Stewed Apples with Cinnamon and Ice Cream
Afternoon Tea A selection of tea, coffee, cordial with sweet or savoury biscuits
Entrée – evening Winter Vegetable Soup
Main – evening Mini Meat Pies with Potato Mash OR Sandwiches or Salad eg: Cheese and Tomato Egg Mayonnaise
Dessert – evening Port Wine Jelly & Cream
Supper A Selection of Tea, Coffee or Milo with Diabetics receiving Yoghurt or Fruit or Mixed sandwiches
