Refundable Accommodation Deposit & Daily Accommodation Payment
We offer a range of accommodation styles to suit your needs. Please click here for current information on our Refundable Accommodation Deposits (RAD) and Daily Accommodation Payments (DAP). These amounts are updated every 3 months and apply to care recipients entering Residential Aged Care from July 1, 2014.
A care recipient’s fees and charges may be reduced or waived, depending on their individual circumstances, in which case the Australian Government may pay some, or all, of their fees and charges on their behalf.
Centrelink will request you to submit a ‘Request for a Combined Assets and Income Assessment’ form. This assessment helps Centrelink determine your financial position and ability to pay Aged Care fees. Please click on this link to open this form as a PDF file.

Our accounts are mailed to the nominated account person each month. The preferred payment method is via direct debit. Alternatively our admissions team can assist you to set up Group Payment with Centrelink.
